The idol of Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy is about four feet in height with four hands and goddess Lakshmi sitting in his lap. In one side of the temple Sudarshan with 16 hands has been installed and on the other side Narasimha Swamy with four hands. This shrine is also called as “Raksha Sudarshana Narasimha”. The tower on the sanctum (Rajagopuram) and the tower in front of the temple (Vimanagopuram) are in Dravidian style. ಈ ಮೂರ್ತಿಯು ಸುಮಾರು 4 ಅಡಿ ಎತ್ತರವಿದ್ದು , ಶ್ರೀ ನರಸಿಂಹ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಯ ತೊಡೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಶ್ರೀ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀದೇವಿಯು ಆಸೀನಳಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಚತುರ್ಭುಜಗಳಿವೆ. ಈ ದೇವಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ಪಾರ್ಶ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಷೋಡಶ ಹಸ್ತ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಸುದರ್ಶನ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಪಾರ್ಶ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಚತುರ್ಭುಜಯುಕ್ತವಾದ ನರಸಿಂಹ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಶಿಲಾಮೂರ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಗೆ "ರಕ್ಷಾ ಸುದರ್ಶನ ನಾರಸಿಂಹ" ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಗೆ ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಗುಡಿಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಶ್ರೀ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀ ನರಸಿಂಹಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯ ಮೇಲ್ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜಗೋಪುರ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ 3 ಅಂತಸ್ತಿನ ವಿಮಾನಗೋಪುರವನ್ನು ದ್ರಾವಿಡಶೈಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. 2004 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯ ರಥವನ್ನು, 2006 ರಲ್ಲಿ ವೈಕುಂಠದ್ವಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಗೋಪುರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವನ್ನು, 2009-10 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಸಜ್ಜಿತವಾಗಿ ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಹಿಂಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಮಂಟಪ, ಪ್ರವಚನ ಮಂಟಪ, ದರ್ಪಣ ಮಂಟಪ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

This is an ancient temple. Here, the idol of Lord Lakshminarasimha Swamy has been formed from the rock at the back of the temple. However, in the year 1981, a new idol was consecrated in the sanctum sanctorum. The new idol has Goddess Sri Lakshmi sitting on the lap of Lord Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy. It is about four feet in size. A special feature of this temple is the idols of Sudarshana on either side of the main deity. On one side, Sudarshana has six hands and on the other side, four hands. Vaikuntha Dwara, Kalyana Mantapa, Pravachana Mantapa and Darpana Mantapa were constructed subsequently. ಈ ದೇವಾಲಯ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯು ಪುರಾತನವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಶ್ರೀ ಕಾಡು ಮಲ್ಲೇಶ್ವರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ, ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀನರಸಿಂಹಸ್ವಾಮಿ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ ಇವೆರಡೂ ಉದ್ಭವ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಾಗಿವೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮೂಲ ಉದ್ಭವ ಮೂರ್ತಿಯ ಮುಖದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅವಕಾಶವಿದೆ. ಈ ಮೂಲಮೂರ್ತಿಯು ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಹಿಂಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಆವೃತವಾಗಿರುವ ಬಂಡೆಯಿಂದ ನಿರ್ಮಿತವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ತಿಳಿದುಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ಗರ್ಭಗೃಹದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಲ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯ ಪಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಶ್ರೀ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀನರಸಿಂಹಸ್ವಾಮಿಯ ಮೂರ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಶಿಲೆಯಿಂದ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿ, ಸುಮಾರು 1981 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
