Brahmagiri hill range is a part of the Western Ghats. This hill station is in the border region of Kodagu district of Karnataka and Waynaad district of Kerala. This hill range has an altitude of 1608 meters and the top of the hill is covered with lush forests consisting of a variety of wildlife. The Kerala side of the hill has an ancient Vishnu temple and Pakshipatala caves. On the Karnataka side of the hill, Iruppu waterfalls, created by river Lakshmana Teertha that is said to have been created by Sri Rama and Lakshmana can be seen. This hill is at 133 km from Sri Talakaveri temple. ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಗಿರಿಯು ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಘಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಒಂದು ಶಿಖರ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಕೊಡಗು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕೇರಳದ ವಾಯ್ನಾಡ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳ ಗಡಿ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಈ ಶಿಖರವು 1608 ಮೀಟರ್ ಎತ್ತರವಿದೆ. ಪರ್ವತದ ತುದಿಯು ದಟ್ಟವಾದ ಕಾಡಿನಿಂದ ಆವರಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಅನೇಕ ವನ್ಯಜೀವಿಗಳಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದೆ. ಈ ಶಿಖರದ ಕೇರಳ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಪುರಾತನವಾದ ವಿಷ್ಣು ದೇವಾಲಯವು ಹಾಗು ಪಕ್ಷಿಪಾತಾಳ ಗುಹೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಣಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ, ರಾಮ ಮತ್ತು ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣರಿಂದ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲ್ಪಡುವ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣ ತೀರ್ಥ ಎಂಬ ನದಿಯಿಂದ ನಿರ್ಮಿತವಾದ ಇರುಪ್ಪು ಜಲಪಾತವನ್ನೂ ಕಾಣಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ತಲಕಾವೇರಿ ದೇವಾಲಯದಿಂದ ಸುಮಾರು 133 ಕಿ ಮೀ ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿದೆ.

Kaveri Nisargadhama is an island formed by river Kaveri near Kushalnagar in the district of Kodagu. It is a 64-acre island, with lush foliage of thick bamboo groves, sandalwood and teak trees. The island is accessible through a hanging rope bridge. There are deer, rabbits, peacocks, and a children's playground as well as an orchidarium. Talakaveri wildlife sanctuary is in Kodagu district of Karnataka. This sanctuary is spread across an area of 105 sq km and is home for a wide range of flora and fauna. Dubare elephant camp is a forest camp in Kodagu district of Karnataka. This elephant camp is on the banks of the river Kaveri and is one of the main camps for the elephants of the forest department. There are opportunities for trekking, elephant ride, fishing, river rafting, etc. inside the camp. The camp also has a wide variety of flora and fauna.
