Sri Kalahasti Darshan with Kanchipuram

Srikalahasti Temple is located in the state of Andra Pradesh situated 36 km away from Tirupati. It is one of the most famous Shiva temples in South India for Vayu Linga, one of the Panchabhoota Sthalams, representing Wind or Air element. The temple is also regarded as Rahu-Ketu Kshetra and Dakshina Kasi.

Kanchipuram was the capital of Pallava regime and is well known for temples. It is the Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham established by Aadhi Sankaracharya. The town has Lord Shiva temples as well Lord Vishnu temples. Kamakshi Amman forms the central Amman shrine for all the Shiva temples. The temples are sheer beauty of art and architecture apart from their religious significance.
