Sri Ananteshwara and Sri Chandramauleshwara temples are in the Sri Krishna Mutt complex at the heart of Udupi. The Ashta Mutts, established by Jagadguru Sri Madhwacharya for ensuring continuous puja to Lord Krishna, are also in the vicinity of Sri Krishna Mutt.
The city bus-stand and KSRTC bus-stand is at a short distance of less than a km from Sri Mutt. There is a frequent KSRTC and private bus service to all prominent towns and cities places from Udupi. The nearest airport is Bajpe Airport at Mangaluru.
ಶ್ರೀ ಅನಂತೇಶ್ವರ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರೀ ಚಂದ್ರಮೌಳೇಶ್ವರ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಗಳು ಉಡುಪಿಯ ಹೃದಯಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ರಥಬೀದಿಯಲ್ಲಿವೆ. ಉಡುಪಿ ನಗರವು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಿಂದ ಅಂದಾಜು ಸುಮಾರು 235 ಕಿ.ಮೀ., ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿಯಿಂದ 230 ಕಿ.ಮೀ., ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದಿಂದ 150 ಕಿ.ಮೀ., ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನಿಂದ 60 ಕಿ.ಮೀ, ಮೈಸೂರಿನಿಂದ 195 ಕಿ.ಮೀ. ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ರೈಲ್ವೇ ಸ್ಟೇಷನ್ ಉಡುಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಣಿಪಾಲ ನಡುವೆ ಇದ್ದು ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದಿಂದ ಮೂರು ಕಿ.ಮೀ. ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಬಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ ರಿಕ್ಷಾ, ಟ್ಯಾಕ್ಸಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ.
