Sri Chamundeshwari temple is located in Doddabommasandra of Vidyaranyapura Post, Bengaluru. The main deity of this temple is Sri Chamundeshwari Devi. In this holy place, lord Shiva, Ganesha, Subramanya and Sri Anjaneya idols are consecrated. This temple was inaugurated in the year 1989. Now, Sri Chamundeshwari Trust is looking after the temple. Sri Chamundeshwari Janmothsava and Navaratri Uthsava are celebrated with grandeur.
ಈ ದೇವಾಲಯವು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರಣ್ಯಪುರದ ದೊಡ್ಡಬೊಮ್ಮಸಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಈ ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ದೇವತೆ ಶ್ರೀ ಚಾಮುಂಡೇಶ್ವರಿ ದೇವಿ. ಗುಡಿಯ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಶ್ವರ, ಗಣೇಶ, ಸುಬ್ರಹ್ಮಣ್ಯ ಹಾಗು ಮಾರುತಿಯ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ದೇವಾಲಯವು ಸುಮಾರು 1989 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾಪಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ದೇವಾಲಯವನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀ ಚಾಮುಂಡೇಶ್ವರಿ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ದೇವಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ದೇವಿಯ ಜನ್ಮೋತ್ಸವ ಮತ್ತು ಶರನ್ನವರಾತ್ರಿ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವ ಬಹು ವಿಜೃಂಭಣೆಯಿಂದ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ.
