Halebidu also known as Dwarasamudra is one of the important tourist spots in Karnataka. Halebidu also has a significant historical background. This place presents a treat to the visitor as it is a scenic place. ಚಾರಣಿಗರಿಗೆ ಸದಾ ಸವಾಲೆಸೆವ ಕುಮಾರ ಪರ್ವತವು ಕುಕ್ಕೆ ಸುಬ್ರಹ್ಮಣ್ಯದ ಸಮೀಪದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಈ ಪ್ರದೇಶವು ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ರಮ್ಯತಾಣಗಳಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದ್ದು ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರಿಗೆ ಅಚ್ಚುಮೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸ್ಥಳವಾಗಿದೆ.

Hasanamba temple is a unique temple of its kind where in enshrined Goddess is represented by an Ant hill'. The temple is open to visiting devotees only for a week time once in a year during October month. The temple is most revered shrine in Hassan Town the District head quarters which is named after the presiding deity Hasanamba the smiling Goddess. A big fair is being held every year on the opening of the temple doors. ಹಾಸನಾಂಭ ದೇವಿಯನ್ನು ಭಕ್ತರು ಎಲ್ಲ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲೂ ದರ್ಶನ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೊಂದು ಸಾರಿ ಆಶ್ವೀಜ ಮಾಸ ಪೂರ್ಣೀಮೆಯ ನಂತರ ಬರುವ ಗುರುವಾರದಂದು ಬಾಗಿಲು ತೆರೆದರೆ ಅನಂತರ ಬಲಿಪಾಡ್ಯಮಿ ಮರುದಿನ ಬಾಗಿಲು ಮುಚ್ಚುವುದು. ಪುನಃ 1 ವರ್ಷದ ಕಾಲ ದೇವಿಯ ದರ್ಶನ ಸಿಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಬಾಗಿಲು ಮುಚ್ಚಿದ ದಿವಸ ಹಚ್ಚಿದ ದೀಪವು ಮುಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷ ಬಾಗಿಲು ತೆರೆಯುವ ತನಕ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ದೇವಿಯ ಗರ್ಭಗುಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೀಪ ಉರಿಯುವುದು ದೇವಿಯರ ವಿಶೇಷ ಮಹಿಮೆ.
