‘Masika Shraddhas’ are the rituals performed for the departed parent every month as per Panchangam in the year of death. This is carried out to fulfil food needs on their sojourn. At the end of these Masika Shraddhas, ‘Varshika Shraddha’ followed by ‘Vaikuntha Samaradhana’ is performed to pray the entry of the soul into Vaikuntham (supreme abode).
