ಹಾಸನ: ಭಗವಾನ್ ಬಾಹುಬಲಿ ಮಸ್ತಕಾಭಿಷೇಕದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಫೆ. 16ರಂದು ಶ್ರವಣಬೆಳಗೊಳದ ವಿಂಧ್ಯಗಿರಿ ಬೆಟ್ಟದ ಸುತ್ತ ನಡೆದ ಬೃಹತ್ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯು ಗೋಲ್ಡನ್ ಬುಕ್ ಆಫ್ ವರ್ಲ್ಡ್ ರೆಕಾರ್ಡ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಪಡೆದಿದೆ.

ಶ್ರೀ ಚಾರುಕೀರ್ತಿ ಭಟ್ಟಾರಕ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದ ಬೃಹತ್ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 200ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕಲಾತಂಡಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಆಕರ್ಷಣೀಯವಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಬೆಳಗೊಳದ ಮೂರು ದಿಕ್ಕಿನಿಂದ ಏಕಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ಹೊರಟ ಬೃಹತ್ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 12 ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನರು, ಕಲಾವಿದರು, ಮುನಿಗಳು, ಮಾತಾಜಿಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿ ವಿಂಧ್ಯಗಿರಿ ಸುತ್ತ ಏಳು ಕಿಮೀ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ನಿಂತು ಬಾವುಟದ ತೋರಣ ಕಟ್ಟಿದಂತೆ ದೃಶ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇಂತಹ ಬೃಹತ್ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆ ಇದೀಗ ಗೋಲ್ಡನ್ ಬುಕ್ ಆಫ್ ವರ್ಲ್ಡ್ ರೆಕಾರ್ಡ್ಗೆ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದು ಭಕ್ತರ ಸಂತಸವನ್ನು ಇಮ್ಮಡಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಬೆಳಗೊಳದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆ ಗೋಲ್ಡನ್ ಬುಕ್ ಆಫ್ ವರ್ಲ್ಡ್ ರೆಕಾರ್ಡ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಪಡೆದಿರುವುದು ಸಂತಸ ತಂದಿದೆ. ಮಸ್ತಕಾಭಿಷೇಕ ಎಂಬುದಕ್ಕೆ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಪದವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಜಾಗೃತಿಯಿಂದ, ಶಿಸ್ತುಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಚಾರುಕೀರ್ತಿ ಭಟ್ಟಾರಕ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

Hassan: on the occasion of 88th edition, procession held prior to the beginning of Mahamastakabhisheka 2018 on Vindhyagri in Shravanabelagola has foud a place of pride in the “Golden Book Of World Records”.

The procession which took place under the aegis of Jain Mutt Pontiff Sri Charukeerti Bhattarak Swamy, had more than 200 teams of artists.
More than 12000 people participated in this procession that started from three different directions around Shravanabelagola. The procession finally assembled on Vindhyagiri extended to about seven km.

This religious procession with huge gathering has been recorded in the Golden book of World records, leading to a round cheers from devotees.
Expressing his happiness over the event, Charukeerti Bhattarak Swamy said , ”Word Mahamastakabhisheka is unparalleled”.
