ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ಕೃಷ್ಣಪಕ್ಷ ಚತುರ್ಥಿಯಂದು ಗಣಪತಿಗೆ ಅತಿಪ್ರಿಯವಾದ ಅಷ್ಟದ್ರವ್ಯದಿಂದ ಆಹುತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಷೋಡಶೋಪಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸುವುದು ಈ ಹೋಮದ ವೈಶಿಷ್ಟ್ಯ.
