Udupi Sri Krishna Matha is a famous temple dedicated to god Krishna located in the city of Udupi. ದ್ವೈತಮತ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾಪನಾಚಾರ್ಯರೆಂದೇ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಧ್ವಾಚಾರ್ಯರಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾಪಿತ ವಾದ, ರುಕ್ಮಿಣೀದೇವಿ ಕರಾರ್ಚಿತ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ವಿಗ್ರಹವಿರುವ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ. ಇದು ಪರಶುರಾಮ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರವೆಂದೇ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ. ರಜತ ಪೀಠಪುರವೆಂದು ಕರೆಯುವರು. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಗೊಮ್ಮೆ ನಡೆಯುವ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವ ಜಗತ್ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ದವಾಗಿದೆ.

Pajaka is a village in Udupi Taluk and district of Karnataka state. Pajaka is the place where Dvaita philosopher Sri Madhvacharya was born. The place is near Kunjarugiri Durga temple. ದ್ವೈತಮತ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾಪನಾಚಾರ್ಯರೆಂದೇ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಧ್ವಾಚಾರ್ಯರ ಜನ್ಮಸ್ಥಳ ಪಾಜಕಾ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಆಚಾರ್ಯರ ಬಾಲ್ಯದ ಅನೇಕ ಐತಿಹ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಇಂದಿಗೂ ಕಾಣಬಹುದು. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ವಾದಿರಾಜ ಗುರುಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾಪಿಸಿದ ಮುದ್ದಾದ ಆಚಾರ್ಯ ಮಧ್ವರ ವಿಗ್ರಹವಿದೆ.

Bhujanga Park is about 3km away from the temple ಈ ಉದ್ಯಾನವನವು ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದಿಂದ ಸುಮಾರು 3 ಕಿ.ಮೀ. ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ.

This tourist spot is 60 Kms distant from Anantheshwara Temple. Kudlu Theertha Falls is a picturesque waterfall located at a distance of 42 Km from Udupi near Hebri. Kudlu Theertha Falls is located amid jungles of Western Ghats in Udupi district and recognized as the first water fall of river Sita. The water falls from a height of 126 feet directly to the pond. It is believed that this pond is holy because many sages performed penance here many years ago. There is another water fall above Kudlu Theertha called Manga Theertha (Monkey Theertha) because only Monkeys can reach this water fall as the path is very steep inside the forest. ಅನಂತೇಶ್ವರ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದಿಂದ 60 ಕಿ.ಮೀ ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಈ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿ ತಾಣ, ಹೆಬ್ರಿಯ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಉಡುಪಿಯಿಂದ 42 ಕಿ.ಮೀ ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕೂಡ್ಲು ತೀರ್ಥ ಜಲಪಾತವು, ಒಂದು ಸುಂದರವಾದ ಜಲಪಾತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೂಡ್ಲು ತೀರ್ಥ ಜಲಪಾತವು ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಘಟ್ಟಗಳ ಕಾಡುಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಇದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸೀತಾ ನದಿಯ ಮೊದಲ ನೀರಿನ ಪತನವಾಗಿದೆ. ನೀರಿನ ಕೊಳಕ್ಕೆ 126 ಅಡಿ ಎತ್ತರದಿಂದ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಕೊಳವು ಪವಿತ್ರವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನಂಬಲಾಗಿದೆ ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅನೇಕ ಋಷಿಗಳು ಅನೇಕ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ, ಇಲ್ಲಿ ತಪಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆಂಬ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಗಳಿವೆ. ಕೂಡ್ಲು ತೀರ್ಥದ ಮೇಲೆ, ಮಂಗ ತೀರ್ಥ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಡುವ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಜಲಪಾತವಿದೆ. ಮಂಗಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ಈ ನೀರನ್ನು ತಲುಪಬಹುದು ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಕಾಡಿನೊಳಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗ ತುಂಬಾ ಕಡಿದಾಗಿದೆ.
