About Temple

Sri Lakshmi Venkateshwara Swamy Temple is located in Tirumalapalya, Kunigal Taluk, Tumkur District. The main deity of the temple is Sri Lakshmi Venkateshwara. One can have the blessings of Goddess Padmavati, Garuda and Lord Mahaganapathi in the same premises. Uthsava idols of Lord Srinivasa along with Sridevi and Bhoodevi in panchaloha are also seen. Brahmarathotsava and Vaikunta Ekadashi’s, Mahadwara-Mahapuja are celebrated with pomp and show. During celebration, more than 5000 devotees participate in utsav and get the blessings. Now Sri Lakshmi Venkateshwara Swamy Trust is looking after the administration and developmental works of the temple.

ಶ್ರೀ ವೇಂಕಟಾದ್ರಿ-ವೈಕುಂಠ ವಾಸ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನವು ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಚಿಕ್ಕ ತಿರುಪತಿ, ತಿರುಮಲಪಾಳ್ಯ, ಕುಣಿಗಲ್ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಈ ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ದೇವರು ಶ್ರೀ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀವೆಂಕಟೇಶ್ವರ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿವಾರ ದೇವತೆಗಳಾದ ಪದ್ಮಾವತಿ, ಗರುಡಮೂರ್ತಿ, ಮಹಾ ಗಣಪತಿ, ಉತ್ಸವ ಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳು ಶ್ರೀದೇವಿ ಭೂದೇವಿ ಸಮೇತ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸದೇವರನ್ನು ಕಾಣಬಹುದು. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮರಥೋತ್ಸವ ಮತ್ತು ವೈಕುಂಠ ಏಕಾದಶಿಯ ಮಹಾದ್ವಾರ-ಮಹಾಪೂಜೆಯು ಬಹಳ ವಿಜೃಂಭಣೆಯಿಂದ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ. ಸುಮಾರು 5000ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಭಕ್ತಾದಿಗಳು ಈ ಉತ್ಸವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ದೇಗುಲದ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀವೆಂಕಟೇಶ್ವರ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದೆ.
