About Temple

Sri Sharadamba Temple was established at Kengeri Satellite Town in Bengaluru, Karnataka by Sri Sharadmba Sri Chandramouleshwara Sri Shankaracharya Seva Committee. In this temple, apart from the stone idol of Sri Shankara Bhagavatpadaru, idols of Sri Chandramouleshwara Swamy in the form of Linga, Sri Sharadamba and Sri Shakti Mahaganapati have been consecrated. A special feature of this temple is that the idols of all the deities were consecrated by Sri Bharatee Tirtharu of Shringeri Sri Sharadamba Mutt on the same day, about five years ago.
At the Sri Sharadamba Temple in Kengeri Satellite Town, anointment, worship, Ashtottara, worship with Kumkum, Mahamangalarati are performed every day, as a routine. Besides, on both Shukla and Krishna Paksha Trayodashis (13th day) of every month, Pradosha Puja, Sankashta Ganapati Puja on every Chauti and Sri Satyanarayana Puja on every full moon day are performed. On every Tuesday and Fridays, members of the Gayitri Mahila Satsang render Lalita Sahasranama and Saundarya Lahari. On every Thursday, Parayana of Shankara Ashtottara is performed by Rutwiks.
The SHCMSA Trust is running Sharadendu Vedic School, where Vedic classes are conducted every day by Veda Brahma Sri Venu Madhava.

ಶ್ರೀ ಶಾರದಾಂಬಾ ಶ್ರೀ ಚಂದ್ರಮೌಳೇಶ್ವರ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಂಕರಾಚಾರ್ಯ ಸೇವಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯವರು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಾರದಾಂಬಾ ದೇವಾಲಯವು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕೆಂಗೇರಿ ಉಪನಗರ ಬಡಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಈ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಂಕರ ಭಗತ್ಪಾದರ ಶಿಲಾ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆಯಲ್ಲದೆ, ಲಿಂಗರೂಪಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಚಂದ್ರಮೌಳೇಶ್ವರ, ಶ್ರೀ ಶಾರದಾಂಬಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಮಹಾಗಣಪತಿ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾಪಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿವೆ, ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ವಿಶೇಷ ಸಂಗತಿಯೆಂದರೆ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆಗಳು ಶ್ರೀ ಶೃಂಗೇರಿ ಶಾರದಾ ಪೀಠದ ಅಧಿಪತಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಭಾರತೀ ತೀರ್ಥ ಮಹಾಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳು ಸುಮಾರು ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಫಾಲ್ಗುಣ ಶುದ್ಧ ದ್ವಾದಶೀ ದಿನದಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾಪಿಸಿದರು.
ಕೆಂಗೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಾರದಾಂಬಾ ದೇವಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಅಭಿಷೇಕ, ಪೂಜೆ, ಅಷ್ಟೋತ್ತರ, ಕುಂಕುಮಾರ್ಚನೆ, ಮಹಾಮಂಗಳಾರತಿಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತವೆ. ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲದೇ, ತಿಂಗಳ ಎರಡು ತ್ರಯೋದಶಿಗಳಂದು ಪ್ರದೋಷ ಪೂಜೆ, ಸಂಕಷ್ಟ ಚೌತಿಯಂದು ಸಂಕಷ್ಟ ಗಣಪತಿ ಪೂಜೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರತೀ ಹುಣ್ಣಿಮೆಯಂದು ಶ್ರೀ ಸತ್ಯನಾರಾಯಣ ಪೂಜೆಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತವೆ. ಗಾಯಿತ್ರಿ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಸತ್ಸಂಗದ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿ ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಶುಕ್ರವಾರಗಳಂದು ಲಲಿತಾ ಸಹಸ್ರನಾಮ ಮತ್ತು ಸೌಂದರ್ಯಲಹರಿ ಪಾರಾಯಣಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತವೆ. ಋತ್ವಿಕ ಬಂಧುಗಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿ ಗುರುವಾರದಂದು ಶಂಕರ ಅಷ್ಟೋತ್ತರ ಪಾರಾಯಣ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ.
ಶರದಿಂದು ವೇದಪಾಠಶಾಲೆಯನ್ನು SHCMSA ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ರವರ ಆಶ್ರಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ವೇದಪಾಠ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ವೇ||ಬ್ರ||ಶ್ರೀ ವೇಣು ಮಾಧವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ವೇದ ಪಾಠ ತರಗತಿಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತವೆ.
